Podium Lodge Now Open

Podium Lodge opened for business on January 1st and the team is excited to offer this fabulous new facility contributing to Cambridge’s accommodation offering.  

Located on Peake Road, just across the road from the Avantidrome, Podium Lodge is a modern and vibrant 86 bed lodge style facility in a tranquil rural setting, offering 2 bed studios, 2 bedroom apartments and a 14 bed Dormitory room configurations.

Podium Lodge is on the doorstep of Cambridge’s world class sporting and recreational facilities and has been planned to cater for those who visit the region to train and compete.

The place certainly has a positive vibe about it, set up for all sorts of groups to stay and play here in the heart of the Home of Champions. Anne Edgecombe, Lodge Manager, says “While Podium has been designed with athletes in mind, we welcome all visitors to the region who are looking for a place to relax, recharge and refuel!”

Anne said this latest Brain Perry Charitable Trust project, “has a unique point of difference in that we are a social enterprise, and the Trust is looking forward to returning 100% of our proceeds back to the community through our Good Sports programme. At Podium Lodge our priority is our purpose not our profit”
